Anyone ever use this product for sleeving? Link Also they recommend a hot knife and things like that to cut it. Will a knife be fine then use a lighter to seal the end?

My cables in my case are a mess right now and am hoping to tidy it up some, also planning to uv-cathod, any experience of how these look with the uv light on them?

Just use scssors to cut that stuff.

You just gotta be creful not to fray the ends too badly.

Also, a light would be bad on the ends. I tried it, and the ends frayed even more.

yeah you're better off using heatshrink over the ends.

that, if you're careful, you can do with a lighter or an aim-and-flame
