Well after some thought and time with my LCD i am taking back the 22 inch Samsung i got ..and its because of questionable color reproduction .. its a great LCD otherwise but i view alot of photo's and its just not up to the task ..its great for games but it doesn't reproduce colors correctly (even though people will say its because of the TN panel ..samsung's website lists it as 16.7 million vs viewsonic's 16.2 in the similar 22 inch panel)

you need to make sure you get an S-IPS panel for any sort of color critical work. This is the only way to go.

Even if the newer TN are capably of 16.7 million colors the nature of the panel still will not allow it to reproduce colors as well as MVA, PVA,and S-IPS.

Unfortunately there are no 22 inch panels at the moment that are not TN.
