I'd guess dual socket 1366 based on clock speed - 2.93 would be an X5550 and 3.2 would be an X5570. It does seem like an odd comparison option, but I can't see Cinebench have benchmarks yet.
 
probly duel socket's. the frequency's dont match up with current xeon nethleham ex octo cores (the x7560 and x7550) even after turbo is applied.
