System Wide Audio Visualizer

I'll try to word this in the least confusing way.

Does anyone know of a system wide audio visualizer? Kind of like the one for iTunes or winamp that you can fullscreen and have the cool amoebas and explosions and whatnot, but instead of being reliant on an audio player output, just have it react to any noise?

I want to go full on party mode and have a visualizer that will work while streaming media like Pandora, Songza, or YouTube video playlists. :p :p
