I read alot about S754 vs S939and a good % of people go with 754.....Im looking to buy a new system...with OCing how will this stack up (gaming)

AMD 3400+ (enough cache?)

and a bit of a newb question ....water block video card....does this mean I nead an external h20 supply or is this self-contained?

is this good to go or should I look at diff mobo, ram etc? tyvm
 
also, recommendations on cooling would be greatly appreciated (or is this enough?)
