My brother's has an Abit AT7 rev 1.1, Athlon XP 1700, Maxtor D740x, GeForce3 ti200, lite on cd, lite on cdrw, 512mb crucial pc2100 ram, and an Antec True 330 power supply. It has been randomly rebooting for a month or two now. I figured his xp install was just messed up because it has been 2 years or so since it has been reformatted. I reformatted and reinstalled windows today and everything went fine. I got into windows ok, and I installed some stuff then restarted. After the restart, the screen just goes blank. I get no video card bios screen and no beep. The machine just sits there like it is on doing nothing. I turn it off with the power button and back on, and it does the same thing. I clear the cmos and it boots fine. Try to restart again and the same blank screen happens. I tried 3 different bios revisions, and I am getting the same results.
