well guys, I'm writing from my couldn't-turn-on-and-if-turned-on-it-would-shut-itself-off system...
with a PC Power and Cooling for PSU.

It is running since 30min ago and works flawlessly as of now...

:)

i knew it was thermal or power related. too bad about the antec, but you got a great psu now. congrats.
