First thing I'd do is uninstall photoshop. Well first I suppose I'd do what any person should do when getting windows errors, look at the system and application event log. But if they don't provide any useful information (if you see something that does you can look it up at eventid.net) then a clue is right there in the error. It's a photoshop generated error. dll conflict though it's a peculiar error, particularly with the dll's that are referenced.
Ultimately I'd probably run a repair if nothing else presents itself as a solution.
thats the problem it wont let me install photoshop i downloaded the trial version of it and it refuses to let me install it...it wont let me install any thing that i download it keeps showing that same msg...
