Sysprep and MS Office 2003

I'd like to sysprep my new dells here at work which have sata drives and ms office 2k3. But I have a feeling once I write the image on another pc MS office will keep the old cdkey, anyone know how to have office prompt for a new key as well. or should i just uninstall the app and dont enter any key then do the sysprep?

Sysprep is for the OS, not the apps.

IIRC you can so what you want through Office's custom install wizard thingie.
