synchronizing outlook with a home server

I like to run outlook instead of OE because of the calendar and better multi-account handling.

But I just got the laptop and am wondering if there is any way to synchronize its outlook with the outlook on the server, with either one capable of an email or calendar entry and updating the other on connection to the home network. simpler being better of course.

Ideas? More info needed?
 
It's not free, but there's software out there called SyncPST that will let you do just about everything you're looking for.
