I have a question regarding Syncback vs the software that comes with external drives like the WD MyBook and Maxtor OneTouch.
Right now I am running a Syncback weekly profile to back up files to a internal storage device. Using the scheduled tasks I can automate the process. The only drawback I have found is now having an option to run on next start up. Cobain backup has this option. I have found both to be better menu wise then the built in XP back up solution.
Anyways my question is how good is the software that comes with the external drives compared to Syncback and Cobain? Is there anything that stands above these freeware solutions? Better Syncing, scheduling etc? Thanks.
