What's great about the storm trooper is the manual fan controller at the front: you can grab some badass hurricane-force fans and just set the controller to run them slowly.

Also, awesome case: many of my workmates have purchased it (I work at a computer repair center/retailer) and everyone has nothing but praise for it. I enjoy building systems with it, and in my experience you should have no issue with whatever combo of fans/radiator you decide to use.
 
If you are already in a push / pull setup, your not going to see much difference temp wise going from fan to fan. maybe a degree or something but nothing that's going to take you from "your CPU sucking temp wise" to being acceptable.

What CPU are you running at what speed?
 
He has 900 RPM fans, Ya. better fans will improve his performance... Budget op?
