swiftech storm on a i5?

I bought a swiftech storm back in the day ( i think it's the storm, the one right before the apogee came out i think). just wondering if i need a kit to make it fit on an i5 board or not. currently running it on a c2d 6550 and still runs great! I'd like to keep it when i upgrade...
