I just bought a Inspirion 15R from DELL tonight that came with 750gb 5400 rpm drive. Can I still buy a 64gb SSD as my working drive and connect the 750gb 5400 rpm harddrive as a slave?
If that laptop comes with two hard drive caddies, then yes. Otherwise you might have to sacrifice the optical drive for a hard drive caddy to keep the old drive.
