Surge Protector recommendation

After reading the sticky about UPS (primarily about UPS) and surge protectors, I was curious if anyone had a recommendation on a good surge protector that won't break the bank.

Just had a machine bite the dust due to a nasty electrical storm being protected by a very old (and obviously faulty) surge protector.

Any recommendations or suggestions?
