I have a buddy who plays Asheron's Call alot as well as Quake3, UT 2003, and now 2004.

His system is 2 gig Celeron emachine (free) with onboard video. What's a good mid-range PCI vid card $75 to $150 so he can stop enduring onboad video? What's the best bang for his buck?
