I currently have a HP 318 that I used for general photography. It was fine for my uses but I now want something better. I would like something that has a higher picture quality, better battery live, saves to internal or removable memory stick not floppy or cd, possibly short movies and under $250.

I am contemplating between

Coolpix 4300
Finepix s3100


Any other recommendations or things I should be aware of?
 
I like the coolpix 4300.... not my favorite form factor, but it has a nice range of features and high quality images.
