Could someone give me an idea of a good socket 939 cooler. I am thinking of upgrading to the A64 3800+.

depends on what your looking for...

If you looking for top preformence and dont care about noise..then you have a few choices of the HS paired with a 80x38mm or 92x38mm tornado....

If your looking for a silent soultion the youll neew a diffrent fan but still the same choice of HS...

A happy medium, those zalmes seem to do well and still not make much noise.....(i think they make a a64 HS....

Personaly i use an Alpha PAL8150 HS with a Souno 50Cmf fan suckin out, i liek this HS because the precormence is within 5 degrees of the top god 60$ HS, and i only paid $30 shipped for it... plus it looks cool... :) it dose really well, keeps my 2.4Ghz 3000+ below 50c. not too bad..

I am looking for performance. I am will to sacrifice a little noise to better cooling
Nice numbers on your GT I(illa Bee.

I ordered a Swiftech MCX6400-V and I have a Vantec Stealth 80mm fan sitting in the basement waiting for it to come. This should be a quiet (21dBa) solution.

The Zalman CNPS7000 is also a good quiet HSF, but I wanted to try to make my own "combo" this time.
