Would it be beter to have a case which Suck in air with mroe powerful fans on the back, creating a vaccuum? or a Case which Blows air in more with the powerful fans at the front pulling in air into the case?

Also, would a powerful fan at th back of the case starve the heatsink of air? especially if the case fan has a higher cfm rating than the heatsink?

Uh, you definitely don't want a vacuum.

The CPU fan needs circulated air to blow on the HS.

You should have equal intake and exhaust air movement.

are you sure? i think i read somewhere that a cauum is better since it encourages more airflow in to the case??

You want the opposite really. A little bit higher pressure inside the case to prevent to much dust collecting in it. That to hurts cooling performance. But close to 50/50 would be optimum.
