Subscribed Thread problem

When I go into user CP and then "list subscriptions" (lower left menu) it brings them up but it the table is off.

The top in red says last post and under it says the thread starts name then under the Notifications column it list the day last posted and then under the check box column it list notification status with the check boxes sticking out to the right by themselfs

To me it looks like there should be a column that is for thread creator.
