stupid PSU question

i know this is a stupid question but i just want to make sure. If i get an ATX 1.3 (it would be an enermax noisetaker 470w [model # EG475P-VE-SFMA]) PSU, would it be backwards compatible with my ATX 1.2 mobo.
 
I don't have the PSU spec in front of me, but other than a plug or two you may not need, I can't imagine there would be an issue. If my VPN sobers up, I'll get a look at the specs and let you know for sure.

Like I said - I can't imagine there's any problem.
