I have a DWL-520 card and I am using it with my Linksys Wireless-B router.

This isn't a "it doesn't work at all" problem, but rather an annoyance.

It will connect fine, but the only way I can get it to grab an IP address from the router is to disable the wireless card in Windows XP Pro and enable it, then it gets an IP address. But everytime I reboot, it goes back into 'no you will not get an IP address, bitch!' mode. And yet again I have to go into control panel and disable and reenable.

I tried to just do a simple repair but that still won't get me an IP address, I have to do the disable/enable crapola.

Does anyone know a fix on this?
