Strange SDRAM Memory Locks

I have an old computer with a Amptron PM-8600A motherboard. It can use SIMMs and DIMMs, currently has SIMMs installed. The problem is, I can't lock ordinary 168-pin SDRAM DIMM into the slot. The two black (not white) locks are shorter than normal white locks on most SDRAM motherboards, so the notches on the RAM has to be lower than normal in order to use these black locks.

I'm looking to upgrade this old computer to 128MB of SDRAM, but can't fit regular SDRAM sticks.

Are these proprietary DIMM locks? Where can I get the right kind of RAM to fit these properly?
