I keep encountering a strange issue with Linux bootable ISO's not loading fully (taskbar, start, icons missing, and run commands not working), and am really puzzled about it now.
Tried multiple types including Debian 13 variations (XFCE, LXQT, etc), Bazzite KDE.
It still happens the same whether they have been setup through Ventoy, Belena Etcher, or KDE ISO Image Writer.
on hardware:
Asus M5A97 2.0 mobo
960T CPU
HD 7770
but works fine on other hardware such as:
HP7900:
8400 CPU
HD 5450
Desktop background loads, and with most the right click menu works.
