I am not actually having problems but i am having weird heat readings with speedfan. (see sig for rig). One of the temperatures sensors gets really hot. Apparently this is on the motherboard. Its starts out pretty cool on idle around 30. But once I start anything it climbs up to 40-50 in no time and continues going up until it hits 60-70. However this sensor doesnt even show up in asus probe 2. So I would like to know what can it be so I can find a way to cool it or fix it.

BTW I have a small overclock going. The pc appears to be prime stable and can run through superpie on 1m and 32m with no problems.

Thank you in advance.

Bump... If nothing else I would like to mention I managed to upp my OC to 2.6 (325x8) at 1.375 volts and a 333 divider.

I am idling at 36c and 54c on load. I think thats somewhat hot. I am thinking off adding a fan on my case panel.

Still hoping somebody knows what that high temp is. (thinking northbridge maybe)

As long as your computer is completely stable, then the temp of the mysterious chip doesn't really matter. Until I downloaded a MBM 5 fix, it displayed my chip temps as 55+ always.
