I'm only assuming that this is VGA related but here's what happened.

Today when i turned on my computer, the post procedure went fine then windows started loading, and even the welcome screen was there, but after that the screen went blank, and the computer became unresponsive. The monitor turned to power saving mode.

I thought it's a one time glitch, so restarted the computer but the same thing happened again. So I was starting to get furious. Last week my SSD died that's why I had a no boot issue. Every week a new problem is not something I want.

I restarted the computer again, booted to safe mode in windows, it worked. But in safe mode you can't access CCC or anything VGA related since the driver won't even load. So I could do nothing. You can't even uninstall the driver since windows installler is disabled too in safe mode.

But then I restarted the computer again, and this time the desktop showed up fine.

What do you think caused this? Random windows glitch, or real problem?

Possibly the display driver decided to use a different video out from your gfx card for some reason.
I've had this happen.

You can test this if it happens again by pressing Windows+P, press left or right arrow once or twice, then press enter.
This allows switching between 2 display outputs or selecting both at once.
Try it now to see what that it does so you are prepared.

If you have a gaming keyboard with a 'Win' key disable button (like my Corsair K50), be sure that button isnt active.
That caused me a few hours of headache once :)

I thought that at once, but the computer was unresponsive, to any keys or buttons.

Later today the display started flickering and went to blank a few times, but after that it went back to normal again. I tried nudging the displayport cable, to check if it's a loose connection, but it didn't seem to affect it. But still it's a possibility.

Check if you got the monitor drivers installed through device manager.
If you moved your computer lately check out if everything is seated properly in the mainboard.
