Just reformatted my ibm t30 laptop, downloaded all updates from ms, and now it is taking forever to startup and shutdown. it acts like i'm on a network at work, loading personal settings upon startup and logging off when shutting down and it's really annoying because it takes so long.
how can i get this to stop and when i turn it on, it starts up and goes to desktop and when i shutdown it does that and not log off crap?
only 1 user. deleted asp.net user, only others it shows is "Admin" and "Joe"
