Stats Server is Down!

As some of you may have noticed, we've gone three updates now with no stats updates. Vijay is aware of this and recently released this statement:

It basically looks like crontab is down on one machine and so the stats are safe, just not being updated. We'll take a look and run the stats manually a few time if needed.

Please keep in mind this is Sunday right now for us, so we don't have people on staff for this at the moment. Likely the full fix will have to wait until Monday.

PS We're running a manual update right now. We'll do a few more manually just to keep the points flowing (and remind people everything is ok), but the real fix will have to wait until Monday.

PPS We may have fixed crontab w/o doing anything too severe, but we'll see if this is updating on its own in an hour or two.

I saw it update about 20 minutes ago just before it went back to running Stats Update in Progress. The next team updates should have a nice spike to them.

Yeah I just noticed a 15k spike for me. Either they've got it up and running again or they've started the manual credit process.

I'm guessing it's working, I've got a bit of a spike on my stats too.

any updates on this? the update times seem to be completely wack and Kakao Stats is all over the place on their updates as well.

Seems to be pretty intermittent...Hope it's just a minor thing.

when I am at work, I use the hourly stats to gauge my boxes at home as I can't use logmein.com to check on them during the day. I can only check in the morning before I head to the office and at night when I get back from the office.
