Hey guys,

I started folding for team [H] again pretty recently under the username: tkheadcase

Here what I have running so far:

1 GPU2 client on a 9800GTX
1 GPU2 client on a 8800M gtx
1 SMP client on c2d e6600
1 SMP client on dual opteron 275 box
PS3 client

Hopefully I'll be adding a 8800gts 640 tomorrow.

Now with the gpu2 client, whats the best cpu client to run along side it? The box with the 9800gtx has a e8400 in it. Should I run the smp client on that or just the regular cpu client?

Welcome back!!! Since you are running dual core CPU's on the systems that have the GPU2 client, I'd recommend the regular Windows client, that way the GPU doesn't slow down.

The dual opteron 275 box is running the linux smp client, first WU seemed to get stuck after it finished, and I'm not sure if the results were uploaded or not. Any suggestions?

If the message 'results successfully sent' appeared then the results uploaded. Did you experience a problem similar to the one in this thread: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1319041
 
So I managed to get the 8800gts 640 up today that I mentioned in my initial post. One thing I'm noticing thats strange, is even with the 177.35 drivers cpu usage is still roughly 50%. It's no where near that high with my 9800gtx or 8800M gts using the same drivers.
 
I've done a little research and the high cpu usage w/ the gpu2 client seems to be an issue only with XP, the cpu usage is way lower with Vista, go figure.

End of this week or early next I'll be adding another 9800gtx and two q9450s to the erm.. fold :D
