Starhawk's Eco Mod

Well, it seems that the F@H *.pet was hosted on a long-gone server... so that will have to wait until someone more knowledgeable digs it back up again.

BTW, I have yet to find a 512MB stick of PC133 SDRAM that will work in this system. Both the ones that I've tried do not work, and one of those is known good. Not sure what's going on, but I have an email into the manufacturer of the terminal to see if they'll help out.

I don't expect much of a response.
 
I will rummage through the bin and see what I have when I get back home, could be a couple weeks though. I got a pretty good stack of SDRAM. Also, don't get too hung up on PC133 vs PC100, I have sticks marked PC100 that run circles around some PC133 I have
 
Amazing. This time, Esprit/Source For Terminals actually responded to my contact -- the past 3 times they have simply ignored me. Maybe they realized I wasn't going to stop pestering them until they responded :D

Looks like the 256MB ceiling may be a BIOS issue. Of course, the blasted thing won't boot from any external drive AFAIK, so in the unlikely event that there is an updated BIOS, they'll have to mail me a new chip. Aack >.<
