Stable overclock for amd64 3000+

I have a stock HSF and an amd 64 3000+, was wondering what would be a stable overclock for it, not looking for a huge increase, just something. My cpu usually runs at 29c idle and 36c after a few hours of ut2k4. Case temps are 12c idle and about 15c after ut.

[Edit] I have 7x 80mm fans in the case and a pci slot exhaust.
 
Well first of all, it depends on your motherboard, if you have the agp/pci lock, for sure you can go with a 300mhz OC.

I dont have the agp pci lock because i have the msi neo fsr, but i normally run it as 10x225 so , 2250mhz and it is stable. at stock Vcore......

Youre temps are Really low, so you have the room for a nice OC. Well, im still a newbie OC and my computer didnt boot anymore, but i think its a PSU issue. so dont worry, and raise your fsb, play games, run benchmarks, and if it not rebooting or simply shuting off, you OC is stable i suppose eheh
 
You have nice temps. Easily go 250MHz+.

I have mine @ 215x10 - 2150MHz. My temps are little warmer than yours. I will be going up more once I get my Cooler Master Vortex Dream. Along with some AS5.

Your temps are WAY too low, a common deal with the VNF3-250. I am guessing you are using the shipping BIOS, what you NEED to do is flash to the 7/29 BIOS as it reads temps a bit more accurate, if a little high. Unless you live in a meat locker your case temps are NOT 12 degrees Celsius = 53.6 degrees Fahrenheit.

And your cpu is most definitely not only 36 degrees Celsius = 96.8 degrees Fahrenheit, under load. It should be more like 50c-55c using the stock cooler.

Just trying to help you out, the temp misreporting is a known issue with the VNF3-250, but a GREAT board....look at my sig
