Rig is my specs, BUT, I just swaped the memory to Kingston ValueRAM PC 3200, Dual channel, 1024mb (2x512) from a 512 Corsair XMS.

Prime95 fails, memtest86 passes sometimes, NO GAMES WORK. Random crashes.

This has got to be a memory issue. I reset my CMOS, timings are at 3-3-3-8, voltage 2.6 standard, had it at 2.7 didnt help.

My question is, is this ValueRAM on my Mobo just not going to work? I called Kingston, have to go to level 2, they said they will probably send me a working pair for my mobo, are they telling the truth?

Probably the ValueRAM. I have a 512 MB stick of Kingston PC2100 ValueRAM and lately I have been getting all sorts of stability issues, mostly under stress - in the middle of Doom 3 (lost my savegame thanks to it  ), sometimes in Halo, and even in DVD encoding

ive got the same stuff in the same board. play with memory timings, and what slot they are in.. its finiky with the board, i had to spend some time on it. i found that when the sticks are in slots 2 and 3 with ALL STOCK, meaning volts, timings, speed (well you can downclock...) it will pass memtest, and your system will be stable... i have some problems, but i think its windows, and drivers... i need a reinstall.. i think some ATI and nVidia drivers are clashing

What timings do you have, 3-3-3-8 or 10? I reset my CMOS and it didnt help, I calling Kingston today.

i have this ram... 2 GB of it actually... and it's worked great for me for the 4 weeks i've been running it...

-----UPDATE-----

I changed my memory timings to 2.5-3-3-8 and it is working good.

I also called kingston, and they said that ASUS boards do not like Kingston mem chips, but they would send me a Samsung Chipped/Micron Chipped stick that would be certified to work.

Pretty good customer service!!!
