Is it worth it to upgrade from a 120gb Corsair Force 3 to a 128gb Samsung 830 or Crucial M4 or should I wait a year?

Unless you can upgrade for free, I'd say no. You aren't going to see any real-world differences.

I'd wait for the Plextor M3, Crucial M4, or Samsung 830 256-512GB models to come down in price, then upgrade.

I feel a M4-256GB price drop in the very near Future.....Plz Plz Plz :)

Depends on the drive, but in general, yes.

It's usually nowhere near the improvement of going from 64GB to 128GB

Is a 256gb ssd faster than a 128 one?

On paper and synthetic benchmarks, usually they are.

In the real world, I doubt any human would be able to notice the difference between the same brand, model, and series of 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, etc.
