SSD Power Failure question

Hey all,

I'm just wondering what I should expect or look for after my PSU (Corsair AX850) just died while in use. I wasn't using any data on my 128gb m4 (OS/Main Apps) when it happened. I was just listening to music which is stored on my WD Black data drive, when the system just completely shut down.

I know there is always a possibility of messed up or lost data with failures like this, but is the likely hood increased with the SSD? Should I run anything afterwards to test it out?

Thanks
