Hi. My buddy want to sell me this power supply(http://www.sparklepower.com/pdf/ACTION700_SPI700GLN.pdf). I wonder if it is a good brand and if it will be good for the setup I'm going to have:

Asus® P5N32-E SLI Plus, Socket 775, NVIDIA® Dual X16 SLI™ & Chipset w/ PCI Express x16 (ATX)
Intel® Core™2 Duo E6600, 2.40-GHz @ 1066Mhz w/ 4Mb Cache (Socket 775) (Retail Box) w/ Heat Sink & Fan
2GB kit (1GBx2), Ballistix 240-pin DIMM, DDR2 PC2-6400 memory module
Asus® Extreme EN8800GTS/HTDP/640M - GeForce™ 8800GTS w/640Mb DDR3 & PCI Express x16 Retail Box
2x 320GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 SATAII-300 7200RPM 16Mb OEM

It's the same as the OCZ GameXstream and has extremely high ripple under full load. Personally I'd take a pass on it and find something else but that's just me. In reality as long as it's kept at a moderate load it'll be fine.
