SpectraView II Calibrator

Now that all of the research is behind me, I finally ordered an NEC P221W display with the SpectraView II calibration kit.

Since this will be the first display that I will calibrate, I am not too proud to ask for any suggestions from those who have used the SV-II puck & software.

The NEC display will be connected to a MacBook Pro 2.4GHz running OS 10.6.2

afaik you can get excellent results if you just run the software with all default values (i.e. automatically)

If I recall correctly, I had heard that the software can be run in 2 different modes. You might be suggesting the "easy" mode.
