the mods usually quickly take care of it. Send a PM to them and report the account name.
Give it an hour, and they'll probably be gone, posts deleted, and maybe even this thread.
 
Or simply click the little triangular button
report.gif
on any post or PM to report it through the system so it is attended to. We prefer this method as it alerts the entire mod or admin community.
