sp-97 when?

Can't speak for Newegg, but they usually don't list anything unless they have basically an inexhaustable supply in the pipeline. Smaller sites can list them out of stock very easily, but with the volume Newegg does, it would be a nightmare.
 
I got two of them for the systen in my sig from sidewinder. They would not fit on the mpx2 without some modding. There really is nothing like taking a dremel tool to a new $50 heatsink. Now my temps are the same or lower than what I had with water cooling (using enermax 92mm adjustable fans).
 
well the sp-94 is kickass for the intel procs, i imagine the sp-97 is doing the same outstanding performace on the amd side of things.

also, the 94 is a very easily lapped heatsink, i bet the 97 is too, you can get some extra cooling for the price of some sandpaper and a little time
