Sound good?

Have been doing a lot of reading lately and now is the time for the big decision.

This is what I have in my mind

ASUS 865PE Chipset Motherboard for Intel Socket 478 CPU, Model "P4P800 Deluxe"

Intel Pentium 4/ 3.0C GHz 800MHz FSB, 512KB Cache, Hyper Threading Technology

SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9800PRO Video Card, 128MB DDR, 256-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP

Is this ideal for a pretty good system these days? I am not sure what memory I want yet, but I am leaning towards Corsair 1GB PC3200

Already have everything else, just need some input on this stuff.

Any input would be great, also is there a OCing turtorial anywhere?

Also if one of my haddrives, lets say is 80GB, my second one is 160GB but also has a Ultra ATA/133 PCI card, I would hook the 160 as my main, 80 as a backup, would they both run fine even though the 80GB doesn't support ATA/133?

Thanks guys, sorry if these are dumb questions, I'm still learning a lot.

Derek:)

I almost forgot to say that I play games alot, but not as much as I multi-task, so that is the reason for the P4.

Parts look good for your system. Good luck and have fun with it. For OC info, check out the Intel or overclocking forum threads.
