Sound equalizer for vista?

Silly question, I know...but I'm soooo tired of not having a master sound EQ in vista.

Is there anyway to fix this? I just want a master EQ so I can kill bass coming from speakers...

I know you can do it in winamp, etc, but I want to be able to kill the bass coming out of speakers from like....youtube videos, etc


please, please for the love of god, help me.
 
Your onboard sound might have some utility to do it. My old XP laptop's soundmax panel had one. And my vista with P5E has the blackhawk thing.
