Could someone give me the optimal settings for this monitor? I know that it's on preference, but I"m not sure what the options even do. I can't seem to get it down.

Hello everyone, this is my first post here after reading a lot of topics here. It definatelly helped me to decide wheter I would by a CRT-monitor or TFTscreen.

Well, I decided to by the Sony HS94P after returning the Samsung Syncmaster 193P due to much ghosting in games. I'm very pleased with the Sony althought it has not as much color as the Samsung but there's no visible ghosting with the Sony.

The reason I replied is that I'm also curious for the 'perfect' settings of the screens. I've played a lot with the settings, but every game seems to run best with there own settings.

I've got the following settings:

Backlight -> 90
Contrast -> 60
Brightness -> 50
Colour -> 9300k
Gamma -> 2

This settings work the best in windows. When I'm running a game I tend to add some more brightness because the dark spots are a bit to dark.
