I am piecing together an old system to run Win98SE to run some old programs that won't work in XP/Vista. It's an old Sony Vaio with the following specs:

P3 866MHz
512MB SDRAM
Geforce 2 MX400 32MB AGP (plenty fast for what I want to do)
80GB WD
250w PSU of questionable origins

Since my last two computer builds I have been VERY anal with PSU choices. So I know the current one in this sytem is junk plus it's something like 8 years old. I don't even want to power on the system without replacing it. My problem is, this computer was given to me and I'd rather not spend a lot of money on a PSU to get it running. Right now I'm really only looking at one choice that I've found.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151055 - Any reason I should/shouldn't get this? What about other suggestions? I need it to be under $40 and less is better.

That Seasonic PSU will be fine. I doubt that PC will use more than 100W when loaded, if even that.
