Some advice please.

Hey guys so recently i feel like my gpu(MSI GTX 770 Twin Frozr) has been running to hot (80c) when under full load. I was wondering if this is normal. Also my fans which are supposed to be fairly quiet are super loud. So my friend said that my psu(Rosewill Capstone 550w gold cert) may not be good enough. Should i upgrade my psu or maybe invest in a gpu cooler ? I also wanted to add a black magic intensity and a ssd and maybe a light strip will my psu be able to handle the upgrades.
Full parts list.
AMD FX-8350
Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
1tb WD Black
NZXT Source 210 elite
8 GB Ram G Skill low voltage
windows 7.

The Rosewill Capstone is actually a very good PSU, as detailed by JonnyGURU.

How are the fans set up inside your case? Did you add any fans to the case? If so, what?

What are the model numbers for the PSU and the RAM? How old is the PSU?
