Software conflicts with 3dMark 06??

do we know what programs 3dmark06 doesnt get along with? When I try to run it it gets to the screen where it reads my system and i get a bsod. I have tried everything else but the only thing I can think of is it doesnt like something I have installed on my pc. I have the standard stuff like kerio firewall etc, spybot teatimer etc.
