Socket 754 CPU + 939 heatsink?

I've got an old 939 stock heatsink I never used (bought the CPU retail and stuck it into a Shuttle). Newegg's running a special on socket 754s, except they're OEM and thus don't come with a heatsink.

Can I use the stock 939 heatsink on a 754 board and processor? I know it won't be spectacular/quiet/etc., but will it fit?
