Socket 1170?

I was looking at various Celeron processors on Wikipedia, and noticed that some Celeron's were socket 1170. Alright, that's neat... *but*.. I couldn't find ANY socket 1170 CPU's or motherboard's for sale (new, or old) anywhere.

What's the deal with this?

On this page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Intel_Celeron_microprocessors, it says that they were released on September 2013.

They're BGA and not socketed at all. A.K.A they're soldered onto the motherboards.
