In analogue? Just get the XMystique and upgrade the OPAMPs. Both of them is identical in analogue, X-Mystique is cheaper so if you upgrade the OPAMPs the price will be about the same as the price of the X-Plosion.

You can also try LM4562 OPAMPs.

Edit: You only need four for 8-channel, you don't need to change the OPAMPs for the input if you are not planning to do any recording.

Wouldnt I only need 1 or 2, since all I will be using is the left and right channel since im on headphones?

Yeah but since the OPAMPs are cheap and you still need to pay the same shipping cost for 1 and 4, why not just get 4 for all the outputs.
