At what voltage do I have to start worrying about sudden northwood death syndrome?

I can get my 3.2c prime95 stable at 3.7ghz if I crank the voltage up to 1.75. Otherwise I run it at 1.65 volts at 3.52ghz.

I'm running this in a Shuttle SB65G2 with a x800pro at XT-PE, a gig of XMS4000, a SB Audigy 2 zs, a Raptor 74gig, a Hitachi 7k250 250gig and a Lite on combo drive off of a SilentX 250 watt PSU.

At 3.52ghz my CPU idles at 35-36 degrees and maxes out around 60-61. My x800 idles around 38 degrees and maxes out in the low 70s. (I really need to get around to cutting that vent I've been planning...) I haven't tested much for temps and gaming stability at 3.7, but in prime we're looking at temps in the 70s for the CPU as well. I'm just kinda scared of that 1.75 volts.

Shoe box sized case... CPU at 70+, x800 at 70+, VRMs nearing 80... It could get pretty toasty in there quick. Currently, at 3.52ghz, my case temp idles at around 35 degrees and maxes out at 44. (Man, the High/Low tab in MBM5 has come in handy for this thread...)

So I guess I've got three questions:

A) At what core voltage do I have to start worrying about SNDS?
B) At what temperature do Northwoods start thermal throttling?
C) Is the extra fan noise and the risk of SNDS, higher temps and possibly baking the other components in my system really worth it for an extra +/- 200mhz?

But I'll figure that last one out, once I know what to avoid.

Thanks,

-dB

snds, i wouldnt go over 1.75 ever... 1.75 is pushing it but you should be safe from snds
