SN25p sound problem

Hi,

I already asked this in the computer audio forum but noone seems to be able to help me:

Surround in games like BF2 neither 5.1 nor 7.1 works - only 2.1 does not work.

Any idea?

Umm - does any work in games? Did you mean that only 2.1 works?
 
Works fine on mine, so it isn't every sn25p.

Do you change the speaker setup in audio deck(VIA Vinyl Audio Control Panel) to whatever you want before playing the game?
 
Ok I used the Controll Deck to see if all my speakers are properly connected: Yupp! Getting the sound from each box correctly (same with PowerDVD)

Than started BF2. I tried to set the Audio Deck/Windows Control Panel Audio to 7.1 and 5.1 and each combination with Software/Hardware (high quality setting) and EAX in BF2.

Nothing worked. Also tried to activate and deactivate q3sound.
