Hey, on global.shuttle.com it says that SN25Ps are equipped with the nForce 4 Ultra chipset. However, on newegg.com, the description says that it is the normal nForce 4. If I buy from newegg, do u guys think they'll ship me an Ultra??

Yes.. :)
They'll ship you the same one.
 
afaik all SN25P's have the Ultra version of the nForce4, so, yes you will receive an Ultra.
